Care: We recommend Hand Wash Only with mild detergent. Gently rub the headband to remove any sweat or dirt: 

Avoid scrubbing the grip beads too hard.

Thoroughly rinse with cold water to make sure no detergent residue is left, as it can make the grip slippery.

Air dry only; Lay flat on a towel.

Avoid wringing out or twisting, which can damage the headband.

Do not tumble dry or iron, high heat can warp the grip beads and damage the elasticity.
